Surgeon in the 5th Special Forces Group of the U.S. Army.
Andrew Beeghly has contributed over a decade of expert
surgery to the international community. His services in Afghanistan in 2013 led
to more than a dozen accommodations. Andrew Beeghly has received multiple
awards for his service in intense combat situations. Andrew Beeghly has stacked
up many honors for his commitment to military service, including the Air
Assault Badge, the Afghan Campaign Medal, the Overseas Service Ribbon and the
National Defense Service Medal. Andrew Beeghly has proven to be a valuable
military colleague and surgeon who has shown unwavering dedication to his
fellow service members.
Andrew Beeghly is currently a Level I Trauma Surgeon in
his home state of Pennsylvania. Andrew Beeghly has demonstrated unmatched
surgical skill and care for his patients. He has also helped people suffering
from the fallout of several recent natural disasters, which include the 2005
Sri Lankan tsunami and the 2010 Haitian earthquake. Andrew Beeghly never
refuses to answer the call to volunteer, particularly during times of extreme
humanitarian crisis.
